The following features are available directly on this website:

• Skip to main content — a keyboard-accessible "Skip to main content" link appears at the top of every page when navigating by keyboard (Tab key). This allows keyboard and screen reader users to bypass the repeated navigation menu and jump directly to the page content (WCAG 2.4.1).
• Change text size — use the accessibility toolbar (wheelchair icon, ♿) in the site header to switch between Normal, Large, and Extra Large text sizes. Your preference is saved across visits.
• High contrast mode — the accessibility toolbar includes a high-contrast toggle that increases color contrast throughout the site for improved readability.
• Stop moving images — the accessibility toolbar includes a "Stop moving images" toggle that immediately pauses all animations, transitions, and auto-advancing carousels site-wide. This setting also activates automatically if your operating system has "Reduce Motion" enabled (WCAG 2.3.3).
• Zoom in up to 200% — the site is built with responsive layouts that reflow correctly at browser zoom levels up to 200% without loss of information or functionality (WCAG 1.4.4).
• Keyboard navigation — all interactive elements (links, buttons, forms, menus, dropdowns) are fully keyboard-accessible using Tab, Enter, Space, and arrow keys. Visible focus indicators are present throughout (WCAG 2.1.1, 2.4.7).
• Screen reader compatibility — the site uses semantic HTML elements (main, nav, section, article, header, footer, figure, figcaption, time) and ARIA labels to support screen readers including NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, and TalkBack (WCAG 1.3.1, 4.1.2).
• Video transcripts — all videos on the Services and Pet Modeling pages include a collapsible "Read transcript" section directly below the video player. Transcripts describe the visual content, actions, and spoken information in each video (WCAG 1.2.3, 1.2.8).
• Caption track support — all video elements include a <track> caption element. Closed caption files (.vtt) will be added as they are produced. If you need captions for a specific video now, please contact us directly (WCAG 1.2.2).
• Alternative format requests — key pages include an "Alternative formats" bar with a direct email link to request content in a different format (plain text, large print, audio description, etc.) (WCAG 1.1.1, Section 508).
• Change colors and contrast via browser or OS — the site does not override system-level color or contrast preferences. Users may also apply browser extensions or OS accessibility settings to adjust colors further.

• Closed caption files (.vtt): Caption track elements are present on all videos, but the caption files themselves have not yet been produced. We are working to add them. In the meantime, full transcripts are available below each video.
• Pre-produced downloadable documents: PDF versions of policy pages and service descriptions are not yet available for download. You can request any page in an alternative format by emailing us directly.
