Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, please email customer service at info@fashionista-studio.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address:

You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

• Restocking fee: A 30% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
• Sale items: Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
• Time Limits: Fashionista Studios offers 30 days PRIOR to training service programs for any refund, exchange, or change. You have up to 14 days PRIOR to your scheduled training program to reschedule without a 30% incidental schedule fee. Fashionista Studios offers 7 days PRIOR to make exchanges before losing the scheduled training service program fees, which are forfeited.
• Refund Schedule:
  • 100% Refund: 30 days PRIOR to scheduled training service program(s)
  • 75% Refund: 21 days PRIOR to scheduled training service program(s)
  • 50% Refund: 14 days PRIOR to scheduled training service program(s)
  • 25% Refund: 7 days PRIOR to scheduled training service program(s)
  • NO REFUND: 24 hours PRIOR to scheduled training service program(s)
• Certificates: Any professional Training Program Certificates earned by Fashionista Studios does not warrant any refunds for scheduled training service program(s) 7 days PRIOR to scheduled course work.
• Digital Access: No refunds for online guided training resources from Fashionista Studios.
