International Crowned King & Queen

A prestigious professional modeling competition celebrating excellence in Community Outreach, Professional Modeling, and Industry Achievement — open to qualified applicants worldwide.

October 5, 2026 – February 26, 2027 Winners announced at the June 2027 Award Show Ceremony

About the Competition

The International Crowned King & Queen (ICK/ICQ) is Fashionista Studios' most prestigious annual modeling and talent competition. This is not a pageant — it is a professional award recognizing individuals who have demonstrated exceptional skill, community impact, and industry achievement across multiple disciplines.

Applicants compete for the Crown Victory of Community Outreach, Professional Modeling, and must demonstrate verifiable professional experience to be considered. Each approved applicant is entered into their respective age and gender category, where they will be evaluated by a panel of industry judges and voted on by the public.

All application fees go directly to the Fashionista Studios Scholarship Fund for Student Programs — investing in the next generation of Christ-centered creative professionals.

Rules & Regulations

The International Crowned King & Queen competition is a professional award. All applicants are held to the highest standards of conduct, professionalism, and integrity. Failure to comply with any rule may result in immediate disqualification without refund.

1. Eligibility Requirements

  • Applicants must be at least 5 years of age as of October 5, 2026.
  • Applicants must have verifiable professional experience in modeling, acting, music, dance, or a related creative industry. 'Professional experience' is defined as having been compensated for creative work, having appeared in a published editorial, commercial, film, television, or stage production, or having represented a recognized agency or brand.
  • Applicants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian co-sign all application materials and consent forms.
  • Applicants must be in good standing with Fashionista Studios. Any individual with an outstanding balance, unresolved disciplinary matter, or active legal dispute with Fashionista Studios is ineligible.
  • Applicants must be citizens or legal permanent residents of a country recognized by the United Nations.
  • Fashionista Studios staff, faculty, and their immediate family members are ineligible to compete.

2. Application Requirements

  • A non-refundable application fee of $75.00 USD is required at the time of submission. This fee is applied directly to the Fashionista Studios Scholarship Fund for Student Programs.
  • Applicants must submit a complete professional resume listing all modeling, acting, or creative industry experience.
  • Applicants must submit a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 8 professional photographs. Photos must be recent (taken within the last 24 months), professionally shot, and clearly represent the applicant's current appearance.
  • Applicants must submit a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 3 professional video clips (runway walk, acting reel, performance, or comparable professional content). Videos must be no longer than 3 minutes each.
  • Applicants must submit a written Community Outreach Statement (minimum 250 words) describing their involvement in community service, charitable work, or social impact initiatives within the past 24 months.
  • Applicants must provide at least two professional references from industry professionals (agents, casting directors, photographers, directors, or comparable). References must include full name, title, organization, and contact information.
  • All submitted materials must be original and owned by the applicant. Applicants grant Fashionista Studios a non-exclusive license to use submitted materials for competition promotion, publication, and institutional marketing.
  • Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. No extensions will be granted after the February 26, 2027 deadline.

3. Professional Conduct Standards

  • All applicants and contestants must conduct themselves with the highest level of professionalism at all times — in person, online, and in all public-facing communications related to the competition.
  • Contestants may not make disparaging, defamatory, or derogatory statements about other contestants, Fashionista Studios, its staff, judges, or sponsors — in any medium.
  • Contestants may not solicit votes through paid advertising, vote-buying, or any form of compensation to voters. Organic social media promotion is permitted and encouraged.
  • Contestants must represent themselves honestly and accurately. Misrepresentation of professional experience, credentials, age, or identity is grounds for immediate disqualification.
  • Contestants must uphold the values of Fashionista Studios: faith, excellence, integrity, service, and community. Any conduct that contradicts these values — including but not limited to criminal activity, public misconduct, or social media behavior deemed harmful to the institution — may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Fashionista Studios.
  • Contestants who are minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all in-person events associated with the competition.

4. Judging Criteria

  • Contestants are evaluated on three equally weighted pillars: (1) Community Outreach — depth, consistency, and impact of community service and charitable engagement; (2) Professional Modeling Excellence — quality of submitted portfolio, runway or performance reel, and demonstrated industry skill; (3) Industry Achievement — breadth and caliber of professional experience, agency representation, published credits, and career trajectory.
  • Public voting accounts for 30% of the final score. Institutional judge scores account for 70% of the final score.
  • Each age category is judged independently. Scores are not compared across categories.
  • In the event of a tie, the institutional judging panel will cast a deciding vote. The panel's decision is final.
  • Judges are selected by Fashionista Studios and may include industry professionals, agency representatives, community leaders, and institutional faculty. Judge identities are not disclosed prior to the Award Show Ceremony.

5. Public Voting Rules

  • Public voting opens when approved contestant profiles go live in April 2027 and closes at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on the final day of the voting period.
  • Each member of the public may cast one vote per contestant per calendar day. Votes are tracked by IP address and account (if logged in).
  • Automated voting, bot activity, VPN manipulation, or any form of vote fraud will result in the disqualification of the contestant benefiting from such activity, regardless of whether the contestant was directly involved.
  • Fashionista Studios reserves the right to audit voting data and remove fraudulent votes at any time.
  • Contestants are encouraged to share their profile pages and invite community support. All organic promotion is permitted.

6. Winners & Awards

  • Winners will be announced exclusively at the Fashionista Studios Annual June 2027 Award Show Ceremony. Results will not be disclosed prior to the ceremony.
  • Winners must be present at the Award Show Ceremony to receive their Crown. If a winner is unable to attend, they must notify Fashionista Studios in writing no later than 14 days before the ceremony. A proxy acceptance may be arranged at the institution's discretion.
  • Winners agree to serve as Fashionista Studios Ambassadors for a period of one year following the ceremony, which includes participation in promotional materials, social media content, and institutional events as reasonably requested.
  • The scholarship contribution made in the winner's name is a donation to the Fashionista Studios Scholarship Fund and does not constitute a personal financial award to the winner.
  • Fashionista Studios reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or reassign any award in the event of a rules violation, misrepresentation, or conduct unbecoming of the Crown Victory standard.

7. General Provisions

  • The $75 application fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including withdrawal, disqualification, or cancellation of the competition due to force majeure.
  • Fashionista Studios reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the competition at any time. In the event of cancellation, application fees will not be refunded but will be retained in the Scholarship Fund.
  • By submitting an application, contestants agree to be bound by these rules and all decisions made by Fashionista Studios and its judging panel, which are final and binding.
  • This competition is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tennessee.
  • Fashionista Studios is committed to equal opportunity. No applicant shall be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
