For the Fresh Face Artist Half Day and Full Day packages, the included two-year license covers personal and promotional use for the artist’s website, social media, and press materials. Uses outside that scope—including album covers, paid advertising, merchandise, editorial or magazine services, billboards, and digital billboards—require a separate written Art Licensing Agreement with Fashionista Studios.
The proposed agreement identifies Hamilton County, Chattanooga, Tennessee as the governing location and provides for a 15% royalty on revenue from sales of artist artwork used for print, merchandise, editorial or magazine services, billboards, or digital billboards. Royalty reporting and payments are due monthly while the covered artwork is sold. Specific terms, scope, records, exclusions, and enforceability remain subject to the final written agreement and legal review.
